Senior Designer (Shanghai)

Requirements:

Job description: 5-10 years of rich experience in SD, DD and CD phases, especially in SD phase of projects; Responsible for significant aspects of projects; Assist project designer to select, evaluate, and implement procedures and techniques used on projects. Liaise with local and international partners and consultants.

 Qualifications:

1.     Bachelors or Masters in Architecture.

2.     Has a demonstrated ability to lead design teams and coordinate with both client and consultants.

3.     Knowledge of both national and local design regulations.

4.     Strong skills in: AutoCad,Rhino,Sketchup,Photoshop, etc.

5.  Has a strong sense of responsibility; good team-working and communication skills.

6.  Fluent English, capable of giving presentations to the clients.
